You may make changes to the date of your course for the following fees:
For face to face Weekend Courses you must notify us at least seventy two hours before the course start date. This will not incur any charge. If you notify us within less than the seventy two hours will ask you to pay a re-booking charge of 60 USD. Non-attendance with no warning is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another course.
Prices
European Inetrnational College reserves the right to change any of the prices, service or other particulars contained on the website at any time.
Payments
All payments for our online courses must be made in full either by Debit/Credit Card, Bank Deposit or by Bank Transfer. Once we receive payment you will be sent an email with confirmation details of the payment and instructions on how to activate your course.
Completing the Course, Validity and Certificate
You will have 12 months to complete the course and 90 days to activate your course. On successful completion of the course you can print off your certificate or may request for us to post it to you for an additional fee. If you fail to complete the course within 12 months, we can extend the course for a further 6 months for 29 USD.
Failing the Course
You have a total of 3 attempts for each module test. If you fail any of the module tests after the 3rd attempt, you fail the course. In this event, we can add two more test attempts for you for 19 USD.
Non-native Speakers
All non-native speakers should have a complete command of the English Language in order to enrol on our course. If you are unsure of your English Language level please contact us for a test. If during your course, your trainer feels that your level is not adequate for you to teach English we will instruct you on your areas of weakness. You would not then be permitted to continue with the course. You may then of course return to us once your level of English has improved but would need to purchase and start the course again from the beginning.
Course Response Times
A trainer will respond within 5 working days to any of your academic queries or assignments. We can’t be held responsible if we fail to contact you within 5 days due to an incorrect or cancelled email address or a change of telephone number.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Student will receive:
90% of the amount paid when the course is cancelled 31 days or more before the original course start date.
50% of the amount paid when the course is cancelled between 8 and 30 days before the original course start date.
25% of the amount paid when the course is cancelled between 1 and 7 days before the original course start date.
0% of the amount paid when the course is cancelled on the original course start date or any date thereafter.
N.B: Access to the course materials means student has started the course.
CANCELLATION OF A COURSE OR REJECTION OR DISMISSAL BY WCL
Student will receive a 100% refund when any course is cancelled by European Inetrnational College. Refund will be paid to Student within 30 days after the cancellation notice has been issued. Westminster College London reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Course in which Student is scheduled to participate. In the unlikely event of such a cancellation, or if the Student has been rejected, the total amount paid to European Inetrnational College will be refunded. Westminster College London will not be responsible to student for any other refund, costs, interest, liability or damages of any kind. These costs can be, but are not limited to flights, housing and travel arrangements made by student.
European Inetrnational College reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or dismiss Student from class based on, but not limited to, class performance, failure to comply by course syllabus, behavior, or any other inappropriate action(s) that may negatively impact their classmates’ experience. Should student be rejected or dismissed from TEFL class, it will be at the discretion of European Inetrnational College if a refund will be issued to student.
Complaints
Data Protection Act 1988
In order to register and receive or use the services on our website, you will be required to submit some personal information, such as your name, your postcode and email address.
We have a legal duty to ensure that we keep your personal data safe and secure, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not share your personal information with anybody else without your knowledge, unless we are required by law to do so.
In the event that WCL ceases its operations due to natural or manmade disasters beyond its control or bankruptcy the Student agrees this contract is null & void.
If Student is younger than 18 years of age all references to Student shall include his or her parents or guardian.
